Composition INGREDIENTS: Water, broccoli (25%), cream cheese (10%), courgette (8%), low-fat cream (milk cream, emulsifier: E472e, modified cornstarch, stabilisers: E407 and E440), onion (5%), potato (5%), milk protein (contains soya lecithin), rapeseed oil, inulin fibre, salt, pepper, lactose, thickening agent: xanthan gum – guar gum.

Rules to follow - To consume warm or cold - In the microwave: Cut the top of the packet along 2 cm, place the packet directly in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes (in a medium powered microwave 800 watts). Remove the packet by holding it at one of the corners to avoid burning yourself. Open the packet completely and pour the contents into a bowl. - In a saucepan: Add 3 spoonfuls of water to the contents of the packet and leave to cook over a moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes - Keep in a cool dry place
